Troubleshooting issue #2:
The barcode needs to match the request for the scan-in process. If another edition of a book or volume of a journal has been paged for the request, the barcode won’t match up and the request won’t scan-in. Check the edition of the book and the volume/issue of the journal. This can happen with journals if there is an incorrect citation and the request is attached to the wrong volume.
Staff prints out requests from the VDX picklist
